frischer grüner Wildkrautsaft

With the edition of ground elder, dandilion and horsetail, this juice is packed with nutrition and vital energy!

A simple but very energyzing green juice. I love this juice after my morning work out. It is so refreshing and replanishing. And with the addition of the wild greens, it an give hours of energy.

Ground elder is rich in chlorophyll, vitamins and proteine. The flavour is mild and has a slight resemblance to parsley. Ground elder is actually a member of the parsley family, and it grows everywhere in the wild! The effect in the body is nourishing but not as radically cleansing as some of the very bitter herbs. Therefor ground elder can be eaten in quite large amounts at once. When it comes to wild greens, the level of bitterness tells a lot about the intentity of the effect in the body.

The acid of the lime helps to digest the chlorophyll. It also breaks down the bitterness and balances the flavour of the juice. And the cellery provides vital living water. Perfect rehydration after a workourt or to start your day.

Ingredients:

  • half to a whole a head of cellery
  • 1 to 2 limes
  • 1 large bunch of ground elder
  • a few leaves of dandilion
  • a few stalks of horsetail
  • optional: a stalk of lemongrass
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid microminerals

Preparation:

  • run all the ingredients through a slowjuicer
  • strain the juice of you like to smooth our the consistency
  • add the microminerals
  • enjoy!

For this recipe I used pure and highly concentrated microminerals from the Rocky Mountains. This very special liquid contains the entire spectrum of minerals and trace elements. These minerals help the vitamins and proteines from the greens to be absorbed and assimilated by the body
